Job Description
- Cook various Asian/Chinese cuisine based on food orders
- Prepare food materials, such as raw meat, food garnishments, and eating utensils
- Prepare different kinds of sauces and ingredients
- Open and/or close the work section on time
- Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
- Help maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace
- Participate in workplace cleaning and staff meetings
Qualifications
- Have experience or passion to learn Asian/Chinese cuisine
- Have experience in wok or dim sum is an advantage
- Must have Food Handler Certification or equivalent
- Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
