Job Description
· Be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in the kitchen.
· Maintain a high standard of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
· Ensure consistent, high-quality food products are served to guests at all times.
· Strive to continually improve guest and team satisfaction.
· Carry out cooking duties and support the daily operations of the kitchen.
· Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
· Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
· Maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas conforming to the company’s standards.
· Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
· Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure that work stations are properly sanitized.
· Take inventory of food supplies and notify the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
· Work in the designated station as set by the Head Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
