Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located within Fort Bonifacio, is seeking a Commis II (Baker) to join their team. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the kitchen(s) according to the company’s guidelines. Requirements include a degree in Culinary Arts, 1 year of experience in an international hotel, advanced culinary skills, up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends, fluency in English, and adherence to HACCP guidelines.
