Job Description
The Commissary Lead is the direct report for all commissary staff, including prep cooks. Responsible for guiding the team through effective communication and example. Set a high standard for the commissary kitchen and assist the team to reach the standard.
Qualifications:
- Willing to be assigned at Marilog
- Bachelor’s Degree required; technical degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience required
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment required
- Previous experience in a High-Performance Work Organization
- People management experience is a plus
- Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to coach teams to meet or exceed expectations
- Self-motivated and works independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
