Job Description
- Assist in basic food preparation which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing of ingredients.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ensuring the proper cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Organizing and correctly storing food supplies while maintaining an inventory log sheet.
- Actively participate in the training, especially with regards to the preparation of the food.
- Other operational related tasks as deemed by management.
