Job Description
Communication Asst – Telephone operator is responsible in providing customer service to clients and patients through the telephone by taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing information to the patients, guests onsite or via emails. They are also responsible for transferring calls to the appropriate departments, taking messages, and providing general customer service.
