Job Description
- The Associate Liaison officer is responsible for assisting the company with all transport-related duties. The responsibilities include dropping and picking up staff, collecting and dropping various packages and documents, and maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel-time and locations traveled to. You should also be able to perform routine checks on the company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company staff as well as various documents and materials in a timely manner.
- Facilitate errands for government offices, banks, and vendors transactions.
- Assist with loading/offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
- Adjust travel routes to avoid congestion or road construction.
- Keep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
- Provide accurate time records and report any accidents or damages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or NCII is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local roads.
- Effective communication skills, punctual, and reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
