Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource and Management, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HR Manager experience in the manufacturing industry, with team leadership capabilities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong HR laws and regulations knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS.
- Analytical ability to interpret HR metrics.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
