Job Description
Must be Registered Nurse
Can start as soon as possible
Preferably with BLS, ACLS, BOSH training
1. Assess effects of the workplace conditions and working environment on the physical, mental and social well-being of the individual workers and group of workers. This includes but is not limited to:
- Participation in medical management of an employee illness with direct supervision of the medical practitioner
- Assist the physician in investigating occupational illnesses attributable to workplace hazards.
- Participates in workplace hazard surveys.
2. Actively participate in improving workplace health conditions:
- Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs in accordance with CHSI’s goals and its commitment to keeping its clients well and healthy.
- Assist the physician in investigating occupational illnesses attributable to workplace health hazards.
- Participate in workplace health hazard surveys.
- Provide health education to employees on how to detect and prevent risks of occupational diseases.
- Provision of supporting statistical data and information on the incidence and prevalence of occupational or work-related illnesses consulted in the clinic.
3. Attendance/participation in activities directed by the immediate superior. Represents CHSI in meetings of the Health and Safety Committee of the client company.
