Job Description
- Administer First Aid care and treatment when needed.
- Conduct preliminary check-up to sick employees and dispense medicines if necessary.
- Review medical certificates provided by the employees.
- Maintain employee health records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality, and feedback to management.
- Conduct health assessment of the health status of employees.
- Maintain, issue, and monitor medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources.
