Job Description:
Provides immediate medical assistance to affected employees (e.g. dispensing of medicine, first aid, and escorting to hospital) as needed or in the absence of a physician to maintain the health and safety of employees in the workplace.
Maintains and updates individual health records of employees based on daily transactions for reference on medical benefits availed and dispensed.
Disseminates relevant health advisories (e.g. infectious diseases, seasonal conditions, health risks) to educate employees on the risks and treatment.
Processes and monitors the medical encashment of officers and medical allowance of rank and file employees to be dispensed with in the prescribed turnaround time.
