Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace
- Promote healthy and wellness program
- Assist employees for consultations and medical examinations
- Administer first aid treatment
- Monitor HMO
- File SS sickness and other mandated health benefits
- Organize employees’ annual physical examinations
- Validate medical certificates of employees and recommend
- Create assessment reports on illnesses and accompany patients during emergencies (transfer to ER)
- Record patient medical information and vital signs
- Perform other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of experience
- Graduate of Nursing preferably with a license
- Knowledgeable of mandated DOLE compliance
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organized in documentation and medicine
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in triage and emergency cases
