Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Company Nurse / HR Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical assistance to our employees, as well as supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks.
As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and treating employee injuries or illnesses, administering medications, and carrying out first aid procedures. You will also be required to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Furthermore, as an HR Assistant, you will assist with various HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will help in maintaining employee records, updating policies and procedures, and organizing HR events.
The ideal candidate should have a nursing degree and valid nursing license. Experience in occupational health and safety is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also essential for this role.
