Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote, Develop, and Implement Health and Wellness Awareness Program
- Perform First-Aid treatment and Medication to employees as needed
- Monitor Inventory of medicines and other related medical supplies
- Provide health consultation and assist consultant doctor for scheduled visit/check-up
- Conduct assessment of pre-employment medical results of newly hired employees
- Assists and conduct assessment of employee’s illness and/or accidents
- Provide assistance in filing sickness or accident notification to any government agency benefits
- Monitors contagious disease and coordinate with Safety Officer for Health and Safety Programs
- Assists in facilitating company’s annual physical examination
- Assists in minor duties and responsibilities of Human Resource
- Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Registered Nurse; Basic OSH experience/training is an advantage.
- Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player and can work minimal to no supervision.
- Willing to be assigned at Tagpore, Panabo City.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
