Job Description
•Responsible for managing and improving safety practices and programs of the company to promote a safe environment, correct unsafe work practices, and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Perform regular weekly safety audits and inspections.
- Conduct internal safety training, seminars, and continuous safety orientation for all employees.
- Implement the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program.
- Prepare and submit monthly safety performance indicators and related reports.
- Conduct and review accident investigations and implement accident prevention measures.
- Monitor compliance with OSH standards and formulate corrective actions.
- Assist in safety-related inspections for regulatory compliance.
