Job Description
- Provides basic nursing care to sick or injured employees.
- Notifies the Managers and HR of the status of an employee who has been assessed in the clinic.
- Handles medical-related inquiries.
- Works closely with the company’s Medical Doctor to report employees’ medical status.
- Educates employees on disease prevention and administers appropriate medication.
- Evaluates sick leave requests and verifies sickness before approval.
- Manages inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Coordinates Health and Wellness programs proposals and executions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- Active Nursing license or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years clinical work experience.
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga with shifting schedules.
- DOH – Safety Officer Certified (Preferred).
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
