Job Description
We are looking for a certified company nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company’s employees. The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. The company nurse should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.
To ensure success, the company nurse should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace. They should also assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and is a holder of professional/registered license;
- Preferably with experience in occupational health in an industrial/manufacturing setting;
- OSH certified is an advantage;
- Can comfortably converse in English, Tagalog and Bisaya;
- Proficient in various equipment and tools required to perform occupational health and medical works, including the operation of office computer equipment and a variety of software and application;
- Must have people skills, work and results oriented, responsible, time conscious, efficient and trustworthy, confident, reliable;
- A warm and caring disposition;
- Can work in a flexible schedule and independently with less supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
