Job Description
As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees within the company. This includes administering first aid, conducting health assessments, and managing employee health records. You will also play a key role in promoting health and wellness programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key responsibilities include responding to medical emergencies, coordinating with external healthcare providers, and educating employees on health and safety practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with employees from diverse backgrounds.
Qualified candidates should have a nursing degree and a valid license to practice. Previous work experience in occupational health or a similar role is preferred.
