Job Description
The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and administering services related to employee Health and Safety.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Nursing & must be a Registered Nurse.
- Preferably, with work experience / undergone internship as a nurse in an Industrial setting.
- Background in HMO processes & BOSH Training is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements, monitors, and evaluates human resource plans and programs related to health and total wellness of employees in the assigned area.
- Ensures the availability of medicines, medical supplies, and timely primary health care services.
- Organizes, facilitates, and monitors the conduct of Annual Physical Examination for employees, as well as yearly Random Drug Testing.
- Verifies medical documents submitted by employees related to notice of absence due to sickness.
- Attends to accidents, injuries and other health emergencies in the work place.
- Conducts random inspection of Canteen Area & Service Crews.
