Job Description
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to be assigned in Dinagat Islands/Surigao City.
Responsibilities include recording details and symptoms of the employee’s medical history and current health, creating strategies to maximize employee work input, providing appropriate emergency and first-aid management as well as medications to employees.
Additionally, the company nurse is responsible for encouraging employees to participate in health and wellness programs, stress management programs, and other activities that promote a healthy work-life balance. They must also participate in occupational health and safety activities and make suggestions for improving the working environment. The nurse prepares accident and workers’ compensation reports and maintains accurate employee individual records.
Consultation with the HR and Admin Manager regarding any employee-related issues and recommending solutions is also part of the role.
