Job Description
- College graduate with a degree preferably in Behavioral Science in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse with updated PRC License
- Preferably completed at least 50 hours training on Occupational Health and Safety conducted by DOLE/BWC-accredited training organization
- One (1) year experience in an industrial company as a healthcare practitioner/company nurse; Preferably with experience in a hospital set-up
- Knowledgeable with HMO related concerns and administration of government-mandated benefits such as SS and Philhealth
- Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility, such as first-aid treatment, checking vital signs, health interview, and dispensing medicine
- Documents and safeguards confidential information of all employees’ injuries and illnesses
