Job Description
We are currently hiring a qualified Company Nurse to join our team. As a Company Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health and well-being of our employees in the workplace. You will be in charge of providing first aid treatment, administering medications, conducting health assessments, and promoting preventative health measures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees who are injured or become ill at work.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the company’s healthcare policies.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks or issues among employees.
- Provide health education and promote a healthy lifestyle to employees through seminars and workshops.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of employees’ health conditions and treatments.
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing license and registration.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience in providing first aid treatment and managing health emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality.
