Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
Establishes a healthy and productive work environment. Engages workers in planned programs to promote a healthy lifestyle and good work-home balance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides direct patient care, including diagnosing, selecting treatment & prescribing medication
- Conduct home visits to sick employees
- Validate medical certificates
- Coordinate APE results of employees
- Perform other assigned duties from time to time
- Monitor office and medicine supplies
- Administer first aid treatment in case of employee injury or sudden illness, whether work-related or not
- Prepare and submit medical/accident reports when necessary
- Maintain complete records of daily master list of treated employees, medicine consumptions, and other supplies and medical instruments
- Coordinate with Safety Section and other departments on employee health concerns
- Accompany sick and injured employees home or to the hospital for prompt medical attention
- Conduct information dissemination activities on relevant health and medical subjects to employees
- Provide information and advice to employees on matters affecting their health
- Compute monthly accident statistics based on actual accidents and total employee man-hours
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Nursing graduate, licensed
- With sound clinical knowledge, good critical thinking skills, and outstanding interpersonal communication abilities
- Completed a minimum number of hours working as a registered nurse
- Above-average written and oral communication skills
- Results-oriented, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, can function well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks
- Computer literate
