Job Description
GF Micro Optics Philippines, Inc., serves as the main manufacturing facility of its mother global photonics company in the United States of America. It manufactures components, devices, and materials for optoelectronics and telecommunication applications.
It is formerly known as NSG Micro Optics Philippines, Inc. (NMO). It was acquired by American company, GoFoton Holdings, Inc. from Nippon Sheet Glass Co. Ltd. (NSG) – Japan. NMO was incorporated in 2003 and was amended in 2009 under GFP in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines.
We are URGENTLY looking for a Company Physician to join our team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Oversee the in-house clinic and provide outpatient medical consultation to employees.
- Render prompt treatment of illnesses/injuries both work-related/non-work-related, not requiring hospital emergency room care.
- Refer employees and medical/emergency cases to qualified medical specialists or to a higher healthcare facility.
- Deliver health updates, raise awareness, provide counseling and education on detecting, managing, and preventing medical conditions.
- Recommend policies and/or refinement on health-related matters to management.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be a Licensed Physician
- Certification with Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM) is preferred.
- Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Course for occupational health physicians
