Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to design and administer pay structures, conduct market salary benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and support job evaluations and pay recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards;
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with compensation surveys and HRIS;
- Excellent communication skills and strict adherence to confidentiality.
The role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting with the implementation of compensation programs.
