As a Compensation and Benefits Associate, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various compensation and benefits programs within our organization. Your primary role will involve analyzing and evaluating employee compensation structures, designing competitive benefit packages, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
You will work closely with the HR department and management team to develop innovative compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners to benchmark our compensation and benefits plans against industry leaders.
