Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits HR Associate to manage salary structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination. The role involves benchmarking, data analysis, benefits administration, policy compliance, record keeping, and supporting C&B projects and process improvements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, strict confidentiality, and effective verbal and written communication.
