Job Description
AC Mobility is seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation and Benefits Officer to manage compensation, budget, and payroll operations. This full-time hybrid role allows flexible reporting in Taguig or Alabang with remote work options.
Qualifications: Expertise in compensation management, strong communication skills, data analytics affinity, detail-oriented, knowledge of government benefits, and experience in payroll.
Pay: Php40,00 – Php70,00/month | Benefits: Health & Life insurance, work from home, 13th month salary.
