Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Has at least 5 years experience in compensation and benefits
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to train and manage a department
- Able to work independently, highly driven, team player
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of payroll process
- Maintain and tracks all Compensation and Benefits employee movement such as promotion, regularization, and merit increase/salary adjustments
- Oversees monthly reporting around statutory payments to SS / HDMF / PHIC
- Coordinate with government mandated offices on payments and posting of premium contributions and member loans
- Performs quality checks of benefits-related data
- Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
- Administers both government mandated and company initiated benefits
- Managing the enrollment and distribution processes of loans and benefits of staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
