Job Description
Delectable Feast Corporation seeks a full-time Compensation and Benefits Officer based on President Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque. This hybrid role requires 50% WFH. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in HRM, Accounting, or an equivalent field and be people-oriented, results-driven, and proficient with HR systems.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Compute take-home pay and statutory benefits; prepare payslips
- Address wage, attendance, leave, and status inquiries
- Investigate payroll discrepancies and perform HR administrative duties
Starting salary: Php 18,070/month. Benefits include company Christmas gift, flexible schedule, flextime, free parking, and WFH days.
