Job Description
AboitizPower is in search of a highly qualified Compensation and Benefits Specialist to enhance the HR Retention pillar within the Thermal Business Group. This pivotal role requires collaboration with HR teams to ensure data integrity and foster the development of HRBP Specialists. The selected candidate will provide expert HR support, address complex tasks, and work closely with HRBP Managers and Team Leaders to optimize operational effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation analysis and HR systems projects.
