Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of vital Human Resources documents
  • Process documents and ensure compliance in the administration of company and government mandated benefits
  • Attend to employee inquiries and concerns to ensure that all Compensation & Benefits services are delivered seamlessly to all employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or background in Human Resource, Compensation Benefits or any related field
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Proficient in creating reports and MS Office
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends, and holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
