Job Description
INOVUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess proven skills in compensation management with a solid understanding of current labor rules, and familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Compensation and Benefits is required.
Expected Start Date: 10/21/2024
