Job Description
J Tanglaw Group of Pawnshops, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to play a pivotal role in fostering a positive corporate culture. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent internship. Strong knowledge of human resources and industrial-organizational psychology is essential, as well as experience in processing employee benefits. Excellent listening, reporting, and communication skills are required to succeed in this position.
