Job Description
LYNVILLE LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably in Financial Management, Operations Management, or related business courses.
- With or without experience, and willing to be trained.
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba City, Laguna.
Job Summary:
- Handle payroll transactions and employee attendance management.
- Computation of salaries and wages, ensuring accurate deductions and benefits.
- Coordinate and provide cash advance forms, monitor reimbursements.
Benefits:

Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, overtime pay.
