Job Description
Sprout Solutions is looking for a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to strengthen our team. Reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager, this vital role involves the processing of applications for government-mandated services and benefits.
The primary responsibilities include administering employee benefit programs, liaising with government agencies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, filing claims, and managing employee records. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and exhibit strong attention to detail.
