Job Description
Company: Sprout Solutions
Directly Reports To: Professional Services Manager
Main Area of Responsibility: Processing Applications for Government Mandated Services and Benefits.
Key Tasks Include:
- Administering employee benefit programs.
- Liaison with government agencies including SS, Philhealth, and BIR.
- Submitting reports for new and separated employees.
- Ensuring compliance with labor mandates and regulations.
- Processing claims and managing employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll is a plus.
