Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Has at least 5 years experience in compensation and benefits
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to train and manage a department
- Able to work independently, highly driven, team player.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of payroll process
- Maintain and track all Compensation and Benefits employee movement
- Oversees monthly reporting around statutory payments
- Coordinate with government mandated offices
- Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
