Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Compensation & Benefits Assistant at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years experience in compensation and benefits, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and reports analysis.
- Understanding of salary structures
- Familiarity with labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows applications
- Ability to work autonomously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
