Job Description

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs. Your main role will be to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated and provided with attractive benefits packages that align with their skills and contributions.

Your responsibilities will include researching industry standards and trends to establish competitive salary ranges and benefits offerings. You will design and implement compensation programs, including variable pay plans, bonuses, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. You will analyze employee feedback and conduct market surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make recommendations for improvements.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, analytical skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with HR teams and senior management.
