Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to analyze and determine competitive salary structures.
- Develop and implement effective compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance the overall benefits package.
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Communicate changes in compensation and benefits programs to employees.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits-related matters.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Note: Must be amenable to work in Makati (onsite daily)

Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
