Job Description
As a Compensation Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the compensation team in managing various tasks related to employee compensation and benefits.
Your main duties will include helping to maintain accurate records of employee compensation packages, conducting research on industry standards, and providing support for compensation-related inquiries from employees.
In addition, you will work closely with the HR department to ensure that all compensation processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
