Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Complaints Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution. Key responsibilities include investigating complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
