Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team at Visa. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, reviewing and developing compliance policies and procedures, and providing guidance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in laws and regulations and updating internal controls accordingly.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Prior experience in compliance or a related field is highly preferred.
