Job Description
Position: Compliance and Safety Officer
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager
Job Purpose: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines based on OSHA standards in a warehouse/distribution setting. Conduct risk assessments, provide recommendations, and implement measures to minimize hazards and promote a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop OHS policies and programs
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures
- Inspect premises and personnel for safety issues
- Record and investigate incidents
- Prepare safety reports
- Oversee workplace safety
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- 3+ years Safety Officer experience
- Knowledge of health and safety laws
- Experience in policy writing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 monthly
