Job Description
People Matter PH is actively seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to spearhead our compliance programs in the beauty industry. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with FDA, ISO, and other relevant industry standards while supervising a team of compliance specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective compliance programs.
- Oversee and manage compliance specialists.
- Conduct audits and facilitate training sessions.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on compliance issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years of experience, and expertise in FDA regulations are required.
