Job Description
As a Compliance Officer at Trener Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring organizational adherence to regulations and policies. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, developing programs, conducting audits, providing training, investigating violations, and more.
- Monitor and assess compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Develop and implement compliance programs.
- Conduct internal audits to identify issues.
- Provide training on compliance matters.
- Investigate and resolve violations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with departments to address issues.
- Report activities to management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate compliance records.
