Job Description
- Design and implement a robust compliance program following industry standards and legal requirements.
- Establish internal controls to ensure compliance.
- Review, draft, and revise company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update policies.
- Conduct proactive audits on processes and documents, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Evaluate business activities for compliance risks and implement necessary protocols to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional ethics.
- Business acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Experience:
- 5 years as a Compliance Officer preferred
- 1 year experience with PEZA and SEC preferred
License/Certification:
- CCO preferred
