Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any 4 years Bachelor’s Degree
- Know how to use Microsoft Office
- Good in oral and written communication
- Have 1-2 years relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Documents: prepares documents for building permits application to government agencies.
- Coordination and Data Gathering: Attend meetings and discussions related to permits.
- Filing, Safekeeping, and monitoring of Clearances: Organizes permits and clearances.
- Prepares requirements for re-application of building permits.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
