Job Description
As a Compliance Specialist, your primary role is to ensure that our company complies with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing and updating policies, and providing guidance to staff on compliance issues.
You will also be tasked with developing and implementing compliance training programs, as well as conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate complex regulations are essential for this role.
