Job Description
MISSION OF FUNCTION
The position is responsible for facilitating land acquisition and titling through initial property appraisal, document preparation, review, and inventory. Ensures accuracy in all documents for Sworn Declaration, Reclassification, and Conversion. Monitors updates and payments. May assist the COM team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in legal/compliance work, preferably in power industry
- College graduate; law or engineering degree preferred
Competencies:
- Knowledge of laws, permits, licenses, and report preparation for government agencies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
